UC00C with bluetooth HC06 Module

Hi I currently make a project Image processing by using Mathlab with arduino UNO, I already done with the Mathlab Image Processing part. But now I'm stuck with my Bluetooth module (HC06), since I want to communicate my Mathlab and my arduino (controller) wireless, so I choose Bluetooth.
The problem is I need to configure the Bluetooth Module first before it can pair with Mathlab. I already try to use USB to UART fdti Moulde but keep fail and since may people said the module got a little problem so I change to USB UART UC00C cytron module but it keep fail.

can anyone teach me how to pair the Bluetooth module with UC00C the to Mathlab.

I'm not familiar with Matlab and never use it. Maybe you can study regarding Matlab Serial Port?
