i have a KC Wirefree Bluetooth Module Starter Kit SKKCA-21 and i want to pari it using bluesoliel 6.4 but i cant pair i do not know the problem ??

the bluesoliel can work with my mobile and other type of bluetooth devices very good.is it that if i am using WINDOW 7 i will have this problem ???

hi wavestorm1986, can you elaborate more on the problem, any message shown? Normally we do not pair it, we just connect it.

If possible please print screen your Bluesoliel and share with us here.

i will explain to you whats happening when i run the bluesoliel i can find the device and i can see also the IP,but when i want to pair i found a massage from the bluetooth icon says "cant connect to the device, please make sure it is is powered on and connectable"

the bluesoliel driver is working fine but with the module cant pair at all. plz any idea how to fix this issue.

Hi, every SKKCA is tested with Bluesoleil before we ship it out. I am not sure what is the problem as described. But when you say pair, you mean to connect it? And what do you mean by IP? I assume you are referring to Bluetooth Address, right?

Anyway can you try to use this version of Bluesoleil because we are using it for testing. You can download it here: http://www.cytron.com.my/usr_attachment/BlueSoleil.zip

thanx for your help but the bluesoleil that i run from ur link coz me a problem with my memory and i do not know why it like this

so i went back to my bluesoliel 6.4, plz can i know if the module can work with win7 or not ???

I use SKKCA-21 before, but that is long time ago, I think 1 year ago. It is still working nicely now with my old Bluetooth dongle, not using window 7, so cannot really help you. But I think the OS should not cause any problem as long as it is being installed on the OS. BTW, I am using older version of Bluesoliel too.

I've tried to install the version provided by Cytron in my Win7 pc. You are right, blue screen right after i execute the software and pc restarted. Will try with other version and update soon.
