Starter Kit SKKCA-21 bluetoth module not working

Hi everyone,
I bought the SKKCA-21 bluetooth wireless device about a month back
I am having a problem with the SKKCA-21 bluetooth wireless module, it has not been showing the AT command windows when connected to some pcs, on one pc though it did connect but was not responding to the commands sent at all. Currently it has completely refused to work when connected to any pc. I have followed all the steps provided in the manual and still can't get it to behave. This is just part of the problem, I still need to link this with my IC but at this point I cant move forward, please advice on what to do or should I RMA it ?
