Connecting 2 LED binking board (PR1-A )

Hello
Is there a way I can use the RF transmitter and receiver 315 MHz (RF-TX-315 , RF-RX-315) to connect 2 LED binking board (PR1-A ).
My idea is one normal PR1-A and RF transmitter, and one PR1-A wirh RF receiver. When I press one of the the switch in the PR1-A with RF transmitter. both respected LED in 2 boards will light up accordingly.
