Basically robosang is correct.
If you study datasheet of 65 Channels GPS (SUP500F), you will notice that you can power it with 3.0V to 5.5V, but the serial interface is 3.3 LVTTL Level. There are 7 pins, from RXD, TXD, GND, VDD, VBAT, P1PS and PSE_SEL.
While for GPS Evaluation board, though there is not datasheet, but you can refer to the schematic provided to get the necessary information to connect it. You can actually use the pad on the right bottom site of the board, there are 9 blank pads near the USB socket.
What you can try is:
65 Channels GPS GPS Evaluation board
pin 1 = RXD connect to pin 4 = RX
pin 2 = TXD connect to pin 3 = TX
pin 3 = GND connect to pin 2 = GND
pin 4 = VDD connect to pin 1 = 3.3V
pin 5 = VBAT connect to pin 1 = 3.3V (required)
pin 6 = P1PS (leave it unconnected)
pin 7 = PSE_SEL connect to pin 2 = GND (for Enhanced acquisition mode)
try and see, and bare in mind you will need a clear sky to get GPS signal locked. Good luck.
