help in SKKCA-11

basically im going to use this module(attached with microcontroller) to receive a command that send by others(PC, Laptop or mobile phone). but problem now is the PC did not detect the bluetooth module even though i had follow the instruction in KC wire-free and user manual...why this can happen??

Din use KC11 before, but I use KC21 before. If using laptop or computer, is easier, last time I use Bluesoliel, searching and connecting as serial port is very easy.

But I thought KC21 and KC11 is the same, I think Cytron stop selling SKKCA-11, right?

Have you check whether the Bluetooth starter kit is working? When plug into USB, open HyperTerminal, press reset button, you should have response from the starter kit.
