Send "Hello World" to PC using PIC16F877A

Hello.

First of all i'm really new in microcontroller. This is my urgent project from my supervisor give to me.

I have 2 segments (A and B)

Segment A:
PIC16F877A microcontroller
Xbee (1mW)

Segment B:
Xbee (1mW)
Xbee Rs232 Sparkfun

I'm really need help from all of you. Can you anyone of you give me programming code so that from segment A can send hello world to the PC using Xbee RF module. i'm using Hi-Tech C compiler which is include during install MPLAB IDE. Which is i'm really new in term of this.

What you need is sending and receiving an UART. You can see example code here. PIC Lesson UART.

oh.... another student asking for direct answer.

There are tons of sample codes for similar project, like the one shown by Shahrul. You cannot say it is urgent and hope for project to be solved by someone, everyone have work, we take part in this forum voluntary, but I don think none of us will purposely write a code for your project. Don know about Cytron staff, maybe there are free to do so.

Basically, try to set up the wireless link, send a simple data, and then from there learn how to modify the code.
