I just bought RF 433MHz Receiver and Transmitter from cytron... I would like to know if it is possible to use them without microcontroller. I just want to send On and Off signal only.
Thanks in advance.

Regards...

Do you have a serial to parallel converter? If so, you can convert the serial signal from the receiver to a parallel one and use some gates or what-nots to manipulate the output.

For RF module data transmission, just use Encoder and Decoder IC's like the PT2262 (Transmitter IC) on http://www.cytron.com.my/viewProduct.ph ... PT-2262and the PT2272 (Receiver IC) on http://www.cytron.com.my/viewProduct.ph ... 0PT2272-L4 to transmit encoded data and receive the data to be decoded and finally triggering something. Hope this helps!
