how to install the gsm modem??

I have bought the gsm modem.. and i already connected to my pc/laptop, one is using XP and the other window 7, but it cannot detected as it cannot recognized it, so what should i do?? for it to be install to my pc?

What do you mean by "the PC cannot detect it?" Can you share a photo of your setup ?

Your GSM Modem USB or RS232? Can you check the COM Port after you connect your GSM Modem?

ok, done it thanks.. already detect the hardware once i check the Com port and check at hyper terminal
