can skkca-21 send signal/data to window mobile phone? if the window mobile phone can support serial port communication.

Er... I don have Windows phone to verify that, but I have SKKCA-21 sometime ago, and have been using it with Windows HyperTerminal, I even use it with the Arduino's serial monitor and Xbee's X-CTU.... works fine. But you need to make sure the Bluetooth is created first and get a COM port
