Since you said it works when pairing with your laptop, it has to do with your phone's bluetooth connection. Have you tried with another phone? ...from your friends may be?

yup... i try with other mobile phone.. it show me bonding ok.
what mean by bonding ok? means got connecction and both device can communicate?

not that if the connection is establish, it will show me
AT-ZV ConnectionUp
AT-ZV -BypassMode-
and both device can starting their communication.

isn't the Bluetooth module support only specific mobile phone? or any version mobile phone that can support serial port communication ?
kindly advice.

I have tested my SKKCA-21 before with one of my friend's phone, I think is samsung, but forgot the model. I think if the phone have SSP (Serial Port Profile), you should be able to create connection.

I guess the bonding should be from the phone, do the phone request to key in bond key?

If you suspect the SKKCA-21 really have problem, you can fill in the form under support tab in Cytron website. Their technical team will follow up with you. My SKKCA-21 is working fine at least with my Bluetooth Dongle.

Have you try with Bluetooth Dongle on computer?
