can KC21 support for bluetooth version 2.0 compliant?

hi, i just bought a skkca-21 bluetooth module from your company. but it can't pair with my window phone http://www.gsmarena.com/htc_p3600i-2126.php. may i know the bluetooth version 2.1 can suport for the bluetooth version 2.0 with A2DP (if using skkca-21)?

and can format the kc21 to kc11?

and KC11 suport for my KC21?
