Xbee Mesh problem

Hello, I have the following project:
1 Coordinator
X routers
X End Devices.

What I'm looking for is convey a message from nodes "alarm" y tambien convey in this package which is the first router through which passes the signal.

With this I'm looking to make a sectorization with routers and thus would be identifing the area.

Is there any command to know which is the closest router I have?

also I have all modules in AT, the C "DH 0000" and "DL FFFF" and the routers and ED DL and DH for the C.

Next to the ED Xbee I am using a PIC, so this is the first to know which is the closest router to form the package and send it.

Pd. My main language is Spanish, so sorry for the mess.

Atte. Germán.

Hi, never really get into Mesh network before, so I am just giving some suggestion.

Would it be possible to get the RSSI from different node without communciation? If no, you might need to try transmitting dummy data and request response and check RSSI when a particular node response.

Not, in fact it is much easier. what you have to do is the command "AT MP", this returns the MY of the "parent module". Then you just have to identify each module with an area and know the MY of each of the modules, so I solved it.

Anyway thanks for the reply, and I hope this is helpful to someone.

ps: again apologize for my English.

Thanks, but the configuration I presented work, and also the issue is solved. Mesh topology beforehand is not compatible with the series 1, so that you can only use the Series 2
