xbee problem!!!

fisrt time i connect my xbee at my laptop the communication was ok...then i manually set the address at the modem configuration...then suddenly it "unable communicate with modem"...
why??...got any solution??

i have tried the steps...but still having problem...and i have had problem with step no 4 "Select XBEE 802.15.4 for function set and 10CD for version"...problem is..i don't have 10cd version...mine only have 1081,1083,10a1,10a2 only...

u need to download new versions. do u see that button? it takes quite long time to download.

Yup, you should update your X-CTU and I remember, it take mine more than 3 hours to update

need to logon?
i thought from the x-ctu software, u click download new versions button, then choose web as the source, then it will start checking, make sure that ur firewall dont block the connection of x-ctu to internet connection

Are you should you are doing downloading? Better get the latest version of X-CTU.
