i have check that XBee but dunno which are more suitable for my project.

Preferable for Xbee, can i know the different between Xbee S1 & S2 about 802.15.4 firmware ?
Also is it compatible for android to control Xbee?

Hi,
i just want to know how many Xbee that i needed and other part that will be used in my project(RF to control home appliances).
Please help give me suggestion which i needed as example (how many Xbee needed (series 1 or 2) and what else i needed)

It depends how many nodes you need, each node will require 1 XBee (if you wanted to use XBee). Or you can utilize the IO on XBee module and connect few sensors or few outputs together to 1 XBee. Or you can add a microcontroller to do the control and monitor, while the XBee for wireless communication.

okey,
if i use 2 XBee will both also can be transmit and receive ?(sorry i quite blur on this part)
also if i use XBee what should the other thing i need to buy ? (as i know SKXBee . Other than that what i needed ?)
besides that, can i know how long the shipping? in peninsular Malaysia

Xbee is transceiver, means it can transmit, also can receive. if u wan to use s1 then both xbee module use s1 if u want to use s2 then both s2.

about the part that i needed what else from your opinion ?(2 x XBee , 1 x SKXBee, and any?)

You may need 2x SKXBee OR 1x SKXBee + 1x XBee Breakout Board depends on how you design your system. This is because the Xbee pins are not 100mil pitch-to-pitch so it cannot be directly plugged into the standard prototyping boards, unless you design your own PCB.

By the way, what kind of software that i need to use if i use XBee series 1 or series 2 ?
For the software part what language will be used to write the program?
Also, the software is provided (free)?
