pc crash when i am inserting xbee with its dongle

hello everyone...i have encounter problem which when i plugged in my xbee with my dongle, my pc keep crashing saying that physical dump..why is that so?..can anybody help me..thanks..

I'm also experience that, but not problem with xbee kit. I'm facing problem with USB GSM Modem from ebay. I'm just restart laptop many times. Also don't know what it cause.

What do you mean by the dongle? SKXBee? But I thought the SKXBee is using FTDI chip, the driver should be quite stable and matured. I don have problem using SKXBee and the UC00A. Use quite sometime already :D
