cannot call gsm modem

hi.i implement the sample source code that has been provided by cytron with the gsm modem that is GSM Enabled Smart Home.I manage to connect the circuit with the gsm modem.problem is that when i make a call to the gsm modem,it was a success but the program return an ERROR dislplay at the lcd>anyone can help?

Why don test it with computer?
BTW, you must also study the example code, cannot expect it to work perfectly

i have connected the modem with the computer using serial communication and it works out.after i modified the coding it also work but why does the modem did not respond to the command.the modem did not respond with "OK" and ">".

So you are saying when the modem is connected to computer, there is response of command?
