Xbee starter kit

The starter kit cannot function, when I first plug in to com port, it say cannot recognize hardware.
Then i try many time plug in and plug out, the starter kit have no response when connect to my com port.
It cant even be troubleshooting, may i know what is the problem?
The power LED will light on when connect to com port, but nth happen..

I have 2 SKXBee with me, one with XBee pre-solder, another without XBee module. Using it for quite sometime now. You are the lucky one I guess 8-)

Have you check the device manager when the SKXBee is plug in? If the driver is not installed there should be an "Unrecognized device". Anyway, which version of SKXbee you are using? With Xbee or without?

Yup.. First few times i plug in it write cant recognize hardware, then i keep try using different com port, also same message appear.. then after some time, there is nth detect when i plug in it to my any com port.. i am using skxbee series 1 with module.. can help?
