Changing Xbee s1 wire antenna to SMA connector

Hi all

did anyone succeeded in changing the wire antenna on xbee s1 (1mW) model and attached an SMA connector? if someone did please provide with as much explanation as possible because the data sheet of xbee for digi does not provide any information regarding the antenna part of the model.

Don think people will modify it. You can get the SMA type XBee. Hacking the Antenna is not wise move.
