Xctu display standard serial over bluetooth

Im having problem with my xbee and xctu. Ive installed xctu ver 5.2.7.5 . It display (Standard serial over bluetooth instead of USB serial port. I need help !!! Ive attach some photos

How do you connect your XBee to the computer? Are you using SKXBee? We need to know your hardware setup...

yesss im using skxbee. i think ive connected like a normal usb connection. ive attach a picture of the skxee connected to my laptop

If that's the case, it appears that the computer doesn't recognise the SKXBee as USB to Serial device. You should be seeing "USB Serial Port" at COM Port Setup column. Did you successfully installed the driver? You can refer to Driver Installation Guide and download the driver at
SKXBee product page.

lol okay ididnt realize there's a usb driver installer. will try it now . thanx for the information !! really appreciate it !
