Arduino WiFly problem

and modify to work with WiFly shield https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9954.
I made port forward, use No-IP site, and all work OK.
But, I have problem with WiFly shield. Normally, page is refreshed every 5 sec. After 5-6 min, RED led on shield
go to light constantly, and after that I can't access to Arduino. I must restart Arduino (2-3 times). After that
all working OK. And again, and again...
Can somebody know were is problem?
