Undiscover the radio modules on XCTU

Can someone help me!!
I had already install so many driver by refer from internet but my Ports (COM & LPT) only show USB -SERIAL CH340 (COM3)
My device is using the Arduino Uno, XBee S2C and Cytron XBee Sheild S4A03. This cause XCTU app discover the radio modules.
Anyone know what should I do

OK, you wanted to use the USB to Serial on the Arduino to communicate with the XBee on the shield. You need to make sure both the mini jumpers are at "USB" and the Arduino needs to be in RESET state. This is because the UART pins of Arduino are connected to the USB serial pins too.
To Reset the Arduino, simply use a jumper wire to short RST of Arduino to GND.

Hi, I have tried the suggested ways, the XBEE is still not discovered, below is the image of the circuit

Em... Why there is push button? Just short both the jumper wires together.
