Ive bought the PR25 set n installed it to PCB, Also upl0ad the sample source code to PIC. then Ive tried the RFID tag on it and the circuit function but the LCD doesn't work at all. It just glows but no t\ext shown on it. Ive check the connection but its all connected as on the schematic. i don't know this couldn't happen even doe Ive followed the instruction given on web.

Maybe you can adjust variable resistor. That is for intensity for LCD Display.

Yup, that is one of the possibilities, try to adjust the potential meter for the LCD contrast.

Another thing is to load a simple LED blinking program to ensure the crystal is working.

So you are saying you had tried what ober suggested? LED blinking? But still the LCD does not show anything? Din really went through that particular DIY project, but what ober point out is good method to ensure the program is loaded, PIC is working and basic circuit is correct.
