Hai..i want ask about the distance of reader tag...for the product PR8-B,the distance reader of tag is about 2cm only...my question is can the distance add up until 1meter? what must i do to get the distance about 1m? because my project need the distance of reader tag about 1m...thanks...

Currently Cytron does not comes out with long distance RFID reader due to the low demand.

owh...okay..thanks...but,how could i get the distance up to 1 meters? can u give any suggestion to me because i really need that to built my project...did i need to built external antenna?

Cytron only keep stock of low-frequency (125kHz if not mistaken) RFID system (reader & card) which works for short range transmission (few cm). Longer range transmission is only possible at higher frequency. What you need is a different system from the one provided by Cytron.

Al-Ameen, what i mean is Cytron doesn't have the solution that meets your requirement. So you may need to find solution from other sources if you need RFID system with 1 meter transmission distance.
