How to connect RFID to forward reverse motor circuit?

I want to connect the motor circuit to RFID which is the motor rotate forward when user scan a tag. Which is the motor act as the output. The problem is where should I connect the motor circuit switch at the RFID board? I had try connect it at L.E.D. port but it doesn't function. Hope anybody can give the solution.

Seen that you are not using microcontroller. RFID easily can connect to PIC and DC Motor also easily can connect to PIC using motor driver.

Use RFID to control motor without any main board (microcontroller)? What RFID board you are using? I'm not sure about it. But as far as i know, there should be a main board to interface both module.
