Title is a bit misleading.... actually the RFID Reader is only sending information via RS232 (COM PORT) to computer, and most simple and ready program to display those information is HyperTerminal. The RFID reader does not have anything to do with Windows 7, just Win 7 does not come with HyperTerminal anymore, but there are still plenty of program with you can download, such as XCTU, Arduino IDE also have Terminal monitor program.
