Fail to read the RFID TAG using RFID Reader RS232 (New)

Hi guys,

Currently i using Window 7 in my laptop and I have a RFID Reader RS232 (New), USB to Serial Converter and a few RFID Tag.Although i installed the USB to Serial Converter ( Window 7 ) driver, but why i cant read the RFID Tag ID using Hyperterminal.

COM1:
i) Baud rate (Bits per second) = 9600
ii) Dat a bits = 8
iii) Parity = None
iv) Stop bits = 1
v) Flow control = None

I also notice that when the i connect the USB to Serial Converter to my laptop USB port and it shows that the Window unable to install USB2.0-Serial. Please help

After you connect USB to Serial Converter, did you notice new COMPORT appear? If not, maybe the driver not installed properly.

When i connect the USB to Serial Converter,a weird sound like unable to install driver properly.
In the website,the customer name Taufeeq same problem with me.
