RFID with temperature sensor

hello. im Final year student of engineering. i need to know, how passive RFID communicate with temperature sensor? is it possible or not? i need to know it asap.

Impossible. RFID is interface to MCU, temperature is interface to MCU. So, with MCU anything can be done.

OK, it cannot communicate. Even it can, what is the purpose of doing so?
