how to connect wiegand rfid to computer ? really need help..

I got a problem on how to connect the wiegand rfid to the computer.. and is there any kind of software to use for this wiegand rfid to connect to the computer then program a coding to it for your info i'm using the PIC18f4580 ? I need your help..

You can actually refer to the sample code of PR25 and modify it to get the ID and transmit to your computer via UART. I do not know is there any ready Wiegand to USB converter available out there. So I guess you will need to do it yourself.
