Enquiry on motor driver FD04A

Postby tungyc » Wed Jan 11, 2012 8:00 pm

Hi, I would want to know how to control the speed of this driver. As from the manual you gave, if no PWM the 5v will straight away act as the PWM? By the way I'm using mbed to control this motor driver.

Is looking forward for your reply. Thank you

Hi, there is sample project of FD04A name PR19. You can refer to it. The sample source code is also given.

I guess you have to use pulses, most of the motor driver uses that. Of course you want it to be full speed, just simply tie it to 5V, that channel will offer full speed to load, yet it will still depends on the In1 and In2.
