I just bought this relay board(BB-RELAY-12V-01 ).

It suppose will be the easiest thing ever, but it doesn't work at all!

VCC- Connect 5V
GND- Ground
GND- Ground
IN- Connect to one of the PIC pin with 5V output.

After I set the pin high(5V), the transistor become overheat, and it doesn't trigger the relay.

Are you sure there is a 5V on that pin? You can also test it directly with IN connected to 5V. If you don't hear any sound i guess you need to write in the form under the Cytron's Support tab.
