The connection of 4 by 4 keypad to pic18f46k22

Currently i am developing a system that can display the numbers once the keypad has been pressed.The coding for the system works well in proteus software,but in hardware nothing happens once the keypad has been pressed.I use 1% tolerance resistors for each of the rows and column of the keypad.I am also attaching the connection of my keypad in proteus. Hope you'll would help me to solve the problem.
