I had complete the circuit of getting constant 3A by using LM2576

Output of the circuit is 5V 3A and output voltage can be varies by controlling the voltage divider and afford go till 12V.
Means the battery i charge my smaller that 12V and smaller than 3A?

Calculation for A/hour?
