just wandering...from the link above,how do i integrate with RTC

in fact you can use samller toroidal core , which is power core, e.g. PC40, 3F3 and equivalent material, turns are depends on voltage, diameter of wire depends on Irms,core volume depends on power and frequency,keep enough safety distance between primary and secondary windings.
