How can i regulate the voltage from Switching Power Supply 12V 8.5A (PS-100S-12) to 5-6v while maintaining the 8.5A as the output source?

You can parallel up several linear voltage regulator example 7805 or 7806. Or you can try to use transistor, try to search one of Cytron DIY project, I remember seeing it. I think is about biped robot using servo motor. They use low cost method to regulate voltage down to 5V from higher power source. Anyway try to study it first.

Thank you robosang, does the 6v 8.5 is directly to 5 servo motor will be safe (3 x c40r , 1 x c55r and 1 x servo gripper motor from cytron) else need to seperate into 5 parallel line to lm7806, thanks

if the voltage is stable at 6V and all those servo can operate at 6V and the current of 8.5A is enough for all the servo on stall. then the supply is ok.
