Keep charging the LiPo Battery

I have LiPo Battery 11.1V and used this Battery Charger. When the battery is fully charge (green LED light ON), the charger will cut off or not? would it damage the battery if I keep charging even the battery is fully charge?

At the last page of its instruction manual which can be found inside the box, it mentions that to extend the working life of the charger, please remove it from power once charging is finished. is there anything to do with the battery?

Thank you gadgetng, actually I want to have continuous power supply even in power trip condition. So I have come out a board that can turn ON and OFF LiPo charger depends on LiPo battery voltage. :)
