Battery Required for 16 Servomotors C40R

Hello everyone, i've bought 16 servomotors C40R, SK40C PIC Start-up Kit, and SC16A Servo Controller for my project.
Should I provide voltage 5-6V and current 16A?
What types of battery should i buy? LiPo Rechargeable Battery 11.1V 5500mAH?
How many battery should I buy? 3 units?
Should I buy power regulator?

You need to supply 16 servos together? Maybe you should checkout the cheap solution from Cytron. One of their DIY project. They uses power transistor to power several servos.

Is... one of DIY, PR18, check out the schematic.
