hello
is there any schottky diode selling in this website? actually i want to buy schottky diode BAT 63 but it is hard to find this component.. i already searching in other website but also did't found it. any suggestion? :ugeek:

if i want to use with frequency up to 2.4 GHz, which one is suitable? or both can't work for this frequency?
