Hello Cytron, I'm running a home security system based of Arduino Mega 2560 to interface with 16X2 LCD display, buzzer, 4X4 keypad, siren, nodeMCU and ESP32-camera module. In order to power up my arduino mega 2560, ESP32-camera module and my 12V siren, is it possible for me to purchase a (BreadBoard Power Stick 5V 3V3) to power up both arduino mega 2560 and esp32-camera module. Is this power supply able to support the arduino Mega 2560 and the esp32-cam?

It depends much on the usage of Arduino Mega 2560 pins. The onboard regulator on the Breadboard Power Supply has the capability to deliver a maximum of 1A, for 5V.

I think it might be good you grab the power from Arduino mega itself. Arduino Mega comes with onboard 5V regulator too.
