Gas Sensor TGS 2600 with PR 23

hi guys,

I have a question. I have already buy DIY PR23 multifunction robot and completely soldering on the PCB board.

My project title is SNIFFING ROBOT. I also have buy gas sensor TGS 2600 . So, where i can modified DIY PR23 to put gas sensor

TGS 2600 to collaborate it . And make it the DIY PR23 as SNIFFING ROBOT ???

What's the output of the sensor? If it's analog, just use any of the analog pins on the robot to get the reading.

As kl84 suggested, if the sensor is analog output, you can use the ADC port to read the voltage, there should be at least 2 ADC ports available on PR23. One is for ultrasonic sensor at the front and another is for infrared distance sensor at the back.

anyway, what is the function of sniffing robot? It will detect the gas and move towards it? Or just to detect there is some gas around it?

Yes, the sensor is analog output, and I using gas sensor also from cytron TGS2600 (Air contaminant gas) . I have buy 3 gas sensor . As ober suggested, that mean 1 gas sensor I can put into ultrasonic and second I can put into infrared distance sensor . And third gas sensor where i should put ober ??? For ADC port, that mean I don't have to buy IC ADC because ultrasonic and infrared distance already ADC port , right ?

The function of my sniffing robot is it will detect the gas and then move towards it.
