I went to Nixie yesterday to see the sample of the project and I realize that they are using the PCB of PR27 to run this PR29 project. Will it actually affect???

PR27 and PR29 are using the same PCB.

Have you programmed the chip? Played with contrast?

There is definitely mistakes in your PCB. The capacitor symbol after the rectifier must be a switch. and one of the cap at the 7805 is not grounded. What are the red wires? Are they insulated wires connected underneath the PCB?

If you dont know how to trouble shoot. The best bet is to send it back to cytron for them to repair 4U.

btw there is one more mistake in your PCB, between RA5 and base of transistor a 1K resistor is missing.
