have problem to add user in pr29

I've been received my order and the package come with complete set.Thank You to Cytron.But I would like to ask some question.How to add user or admin into fingerprint memory.I've already follow the instruction from the manual by pressing SW 1 and SW 2 together.The display come out is New Admin Needed>Admin Standby>Please Put Your Thumb In Window>Timeout .I've already put the thumb at window,but nothing happen than Timeout on display,beep sound and red led turn on. Please help me

Might be hardware, mind taking a photo of your hardware and show us?
