pr11 help anyone?

i already assemble the components. when programming, i try to connect it say there "Found PICkit 2 - Operating System Version 2.32.0
PICkit 2 Unit ID = UIC00B V1.0
Target power not detected - Powering from PICkit 2 ( 5.00V)
PIC16F876A found (Rev 0x8)
PICkit 2 Ready"

what is the problem? can any1 help me??? :cry: :cry:
even the lcd didnt turn on?

have u try to power it up with battery or ac dc adaptor?

already supply with 9v +3v batteries give about 11.3V. already solder all components on the manufacturer pcb for testing. still cannot program. the programmer red light turn on. i dont know whats the problem.

Double check again the soldering and connection if you got a multimeter. Last time my project also cannot be programmed until some soldering and connection problem were solved. Actually you just only need to check the ICSP and MCLR pins which are for programming purpose. If you don't know where it is, check the schematic that provided by cytron.

had try troubleshoot by multimeter. nothing seems wrong. soldering back. still cannot program. red light still on at programmer. :( . desolder back. pcb cannot be used anymore. just had order new components. :( ..gonna make my own circuit.

Oh? ur programmer got problem?
Detach the programmer from the pcb board. What will happen to the programmer? Is your PC able to detect the programmer?

my programmer is o.k. only when i try to program, it says there is not enough power supply. so cannot program. i think i'll just proceed modifying the project for my fyp. :roll:
