PR9-B LCD display wrong characters

Hi, thanks for viewing my post.

I have just bought the DIY PR9-B, finished soldered all the components. Loaded my program into the PIC, everything running correctly just some of the characters display in LCD is wrong. 'A' become 'C', 'a' become 'c' and 'P' become 'R', others character like "sswor" is fine. So when I display "Password", the LCD will display "Rcssworf".

Anyone have idea which part of my board is wrong?

Thank you.

Best regards,
Vincent

Seem to have a standard pattern of error.

If possible, take a clear photo of LCD pin soldering, top and bottom. Show it to us.

LCD is getting character in ASCII format. Study and list out what is the value of ASCII 'A' and 'C', ASCII 'a' and 'c', ASCII 'P' and 'R'...... you might find something there.
