hello, can this PIC16F877A used for RFID reader? When a tag of RFID is detected by reader, can the recorded message played?

RFID reader RS232 uses UART communication, you can use it with PIC16F877A. Make sure PR17 not use receive UART pin (RC7) or not connected to others.
