seem like the project doesnt use the internal I2C function right?and the I2C SCL frequency also not be set ,as i know the DS1307 support only 100khz...the code also didnt set the delay between the clock toggle?

sorry i am learning the PIC and I2C

hi,
i m used to that DIY proj cos i bought i b4 :D
The 100kHz is the maximum speed that the DS1307 can support. I think the SCL frequency from the PIC is nt reach the maximum yet even though there is no delay at the clock toggling code.. if want to set the precise frequency for the communication, i think use the internal I2C peripheral is better...the sample code just showing how I2C works..
