Hmmm... Can you describe the symptoms clearly so people can help.

But I would first make sure the +5 and Gnd are OK for a start.

Did you buy the SK40C during the Crazy Sale 2 months ago? If YES, then you have to send it back to Cytron for repair cos they have recalled that batch of SK40C due to manufacturing faults. Unless you know how to unsolder the SMD 7805 regulator and able to get a SMD 7805 replacement.

yup.. i want to fix it myself..
so, i need to replace it with what??

You need to get yourself the SMD 7805 chip. It's between the USB port and PIC bracket.

Otherwise, you can bypass the voltage regulator by supplying your own 5V, by applying 5V(+ve) to VDD and ground(-ve) to GND. Remember to switch off the toggle switch on SK40C.

I sent my SK40C back to Cytron, save my time Anyway I did repaired one myself
