ABSF WROTE:The pinouts of the GLCD is same as yours DB0-DB7 on pins 7-14 and CS1,CS2 on pins 15 & 16. I normally use 4.7K to 10K for MCLR. If the MCU doesn't reset properly, I'll add a 1uF from MCLR to GND. Are you using SK40C to interface the GLCD? May be the clock is too fast...

I solder my own board with 20MHz crystal, still same as SK40C. So, my pin configuration is confirm. Luckily, I found 10K on my storage, I though I don't have. Then, I will follow Brian tips to exaggerate the delays.

Btw - those Graphics LCD such as KS0108 type or the ST7920 are very slow in rendering graphics. Take note of that if you have to make mini-games out of them.

I tried using a frame-buffer and all I left is only 9 frames per second. Many of the youtube videos showing microcontroller games with GLCD with very, very limited framerates.
PIC - UIC00B from Cytron (replacement for my broken PICKit 2), Pickit 3, MikroC for PIC
dsPIC - MikroC for dsPIC, mikromedia board (dsPIC33)
AVR - AVR Dragon
Parallax - Prop tool

I'm not trying to do animation yet, just to see what can do with GLCD.
