Hey guys, I think SK40C suits me for the PIC 16F and 18F PIC development board.However, what should I buy along with SK40C ?

Hi, it depends on the application you would like to do with the SK40C.
If you would like to use USB peripheralal with PIC18F, then you should use the USB cable too.
Again, it depends on your application to choose the adapter either with 0.5A or 1A.
You can also get the 2x16 LCD if you would like to display some text.
Oh ya, a PIC programmer is also necessary to program the PIC microcontroller. UIC00B http://cytron.com.my/viewProduct.php?pcode=UIC00B&name=USB%20ICSP%20PIC%20Programmer%20V2010 is a good choice.

I wan to ask, why I can not open those source code downloaded from cytron websites ? I wan the code for the project 0 for SK40C
