configuration bit problem - Project 5 (tutorial)

Postby hari25 » Thu Feb 28, 2013 12:26 pm

I have compiled Project 5 – Analog Sensor: Temperature using LM35 from the tutorial and got the hex file. but when i import the hex file to pICkit 2, it saying " Some configuration words not in hex file. Ensure default values above right are acceptable. ". I even tried download the hex file onto my pic and run the circuit, seems the value keeps running and no steady value shown.

Can someone please help me with this please..

I don think is the configuration bits problem. The reading not stable because the analog signal have noise. What is the value on the LCD?

Don think is configuration bits problem, might it be the connection? Any photo of the hardware?

i dont have the photo of the hardware as currently im out of station. but for your info i used SK40C and there is only 3 connections. 1 is to VDD, 2 is to GND, 3 is to RAO.
